Introducing Solids: Baby Led Weaning
For parents of babies ~3-9 months
Anytime - watch from home
If your baby is approaching the 4-6 month range, it's time to start thinking about feeding your baby solid foods. But where to start?
Many pediatricians still recommend spoon-feeding purees to your infant, but what if there was a method that involved less work for you and built a better foundation for a healthy relationship with food for your child?
Enter baby-led weaning. Starting solids doesn't have to involve jars of gross mush.
In this class you'll learn:
- when the ideal time is to start solids and why
- the mechanics of eating so you know what to look for
- what foods are best for what ages
- how and when to introduce allergenic foods
You'll leave with a foundation for confidently feeding your baby, a list of suggested items to buy, and a chart of when to introduce which foods.

Meal Planning Workshop
Thursday, August 23rd, 2018 @ 11am PT
For anyone who dreads the question, "What's for dinner?"
If you've ever stood in front of the refrigerator willing a fully-cooked meal to jump out at you, you're not alone. Decision fatigue is a real thing, and by the end of the day, choosing a meal for the family can feel insurmountable.
Sure, sure, you should meal plan, but who has time? You don't even have enough brain cells to get started.
Join me for a fun 2-hour workshop and leave with several strategies to approach meal planning for your family, a list of menu ideas, and a grocery list so you could even shop right after the class. You'll potentially even have 2 weeks of meal planning DONE!
We'll switch it up each season with new ingredient and recipe ideas. Join from the comfort of your own home.

Mothers Circle
Offered the second Friday of each month
For mamas who need to connect with other women, without kids for a bit
Mothers Circle brings together mothers to foster a sense of community and connection so we all feel less alone in our experiences, get some support, and have a chance to refill our cups.
Each month focuses on a new topic with facilitated coaching and a worksheet to take home, plus social time before and after the circle. You should leave each month with action steps to improve your life in some way and a sense of belonging. Attendees report feeling refreshed, refilled, and relieved after the circle. You'll heal and connect on a level that is challenging once you have kids.
